Hi, I’m Lizzie, welcome to Dahlia Yoga.

I've been practicing yoga for about 20 years. My recent yoga practice has been rocky as I've struggled with my own mental health. It’s not been easy at times, and I’m impatient, always wanting a quick fix but I'm learning to have patience and trust that healing and growth can happen together. Every so often I look back and realise just how far I have come, and this gives me hope and comfort. This is the practice I'd like to share with you. 

 

I love teaching yin and restorative yoga, meditation and Yoga Nidra, and using the practice to explore and unlock the creativity, power, sexuality and sensuality we already hold within. I look forward to welcoming you and to taking a journey together to self-acceptance, self-respect, self-confidence and self-love, and being part of a powerful yoga community.
