About the class
The new moon is associated with introspective, feminine energy, and the start of a new lunar cycle. It's the perfect time to connect to natural rhythms, pause, and reconnect with your body. As women, we're often putting other people first, whether it's our partners, children, colleagues or family. We juggle so many to-dos it's often exhausting to keep all those plates spinning. Treating rest as non-negotiable time in your schedule means you'll have greater capacity the rest of the time to be there for the important people in your life. As they always say on planes, put on your own oxygen mask first! Join me for this monthly restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra ritual to help regulate your nervous system. Rest, restore, and allow yourself to just be. Wear warm clothes and you'll need 3 or 4 pillows or cushions and a blanket for comfort and warmth in the restorative poses. If you have a yoga bolster bring that too.
